Rotary Club Of Chatham 2020 Volunteer Service Award $1000 - DUE: May 15th

Posted: April 17, 2020

The Rotary Club Of Chatham recognizes one student at JMH each year that models volunteerism in both the community at large and school. The Rotary motto “Service Above Self” conveys the humanitarian spirit of the organization’s more than 1.2 million members. Strong fellowship among Rotarians and meaningful community and international service projects characterize Rotary worldwide. While a focus on academic achievement is essential to any student’s future success, it is also important to place a high value on volunteering to community organizations and internally to school related activities.

Eligibility: The Rotary Club Of Chatham will award ONE $1,000 CDN scholarship to a current graduate of JMH who has demonstrated “service above self” throughout their high school years. Sons and daughters of Rotary Club members are not eligible to apply.
