Students should have read to the end of Chapter 11 (Part 1).  Also complete question 1 - essay question. Much discussion happened today about the importance of part 1.  Students are to update all new characters and any pertinent notes on character development -for example, Jem. Don't forget vocabulary.   A reminder to students who are missing class - valuable class discussion is happening, and students must be present to particpate - otherwise I cannot assess you speaking and listening skills, nor your comprehension and insight into the book.  Don't lose valuable marks!!!
