UNB has a progressive approach to scholarhsips which encourages students to set their academic goals high, study hard, and recognize them appropriately when they achieve academic exellence. Not only does this program encourage students to remain engaged, it also provides flexibility for students who have a rough year.

To be considered for scholarship support, students must submit a scholarship applicaiton. The general scholarship application can be found at unb.ca/scholarships - click on High School Students.

The deadline is March 1st. This one onlne application covers the majority of scholarships for both compuses (approximately 450 different awards). A number of UNB scholarships are restricted to students who are in financial need, so if you would like to bring a special situation to their attention, please do so.

Separate applications are needed for:

- Currie Undergraduate scholarship - $65,000

- Beaverbrook Scholars Award - $48,000

- H. Harrison McCain Bursary $16,000

For full details on the UNB scholarship program, visit unb.ca/scholarships.
