On Nov 11th each year, we join together as Canadians to remember those who served, many of whom paid the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms that we hold as cornerstones of democracy.
While we are not together to hold our school Remembrance Day service this year, we do want to share with you one piece of the ceremony that we had planned. Please listen to student Maddy McLean's "In Flanders Fields" as you remember our war dead and pay tribute to our veterans, and join the community at 11:11am on Nov 11th in quiet, thoughtful remembrance.
