Welcome to our "JMH Let's Talk" Web page!  We are a group of students working to raise awareness of mental illness and wellness throughout our school.  Miramichi is a small community, and, like everywhere, mental illness affects all of us.  Our group would like to promote a spike in the conversation in hopes of normalizing mental illness and staying well.  Suffering from a mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of; there are plenty of resources for you to utilize, and that is what our page is for!   We will be uploading plenty of contact information along with information about all the different types of mental illnesses and coping mechanisms.  We hope this website helps you understand mental illness better, encourages you to seek help, and, most importantly, to start the conversation!
