It's that time of year again, yes the one thing about summer that everyoen waits for - the reopening of Carter's icecream at Family Convience located on the corner of Princess Street and Wellington. Broadcast journalism students interviewed Ray Carter's (owner of Family Convience) son Bryan Carter (a teacher at JMH) and current employee Shelby Corcoran discuss the techniques that go into making the best icecream on the river.
