On Friday, Sept. 7, 2014: In his observations of his experience with surfing, a Grade 11 students says, "I think the reason I love surfing...you always have to be out looking for the swells...they don't come to you, you have to go find them."  What a metaphor for life.  Life won't come to you; you have to go to it.  Wise words.
