Mindfulness Week Eight

Welcome to Week Eight. 

 

This week we will continue with our Learning to Breath text.  We are now on the letter H of BREATHE.  H is for Habits – Pracicing healthy habits of mind.

 

 

So this week we will be focusing on making mindfulness a habit and a part of our daily lives.  Read through the slides of the attached PowerPoint and use the worksheet “Letter H” to fill in the missing information.
