Welcome to Week Three. 

 

This week we will continue with our Learning to Breath text.  We are now on the letter T of BREATHE.  T for Tenderness – take it as it is

 

 

 

So this week we will be focusing on our showing ourselves some tenderness.  Similar to what we were doing in class, read through the slides of the attached PowerPoint and use the worksheet “Letter T” to fill in the missing information.

 

 

 

Also included is an article with some great ideas ways to show yourself some kindness.  Read the article and reflect on the ideas presented.
