Hello and happy Tuesday!

Today I would like you to continue working on the poetry project that I assigned yesterday.

Remember that you are to select one assignment from section 1 and one assignment from section 2 or 3.  You are to complete two assignments in total for this project.

I have been getting a lot of inquiries regarding the length of each assignment, and, although I can’t tell you specifically how long each assignment should be, I would like to remind you of the following:

§  Each project is valued at 25 marks, so your work should be very detailed, neat, and professional. 

§  You are being given two weeks to complete this project, so it should appear as though you’ve used your time wisely and didn’t rush the project.

§  Be sure you select at least one project that you feel you can present well to your peers based on the peer evaluation criteria.

Remember that the project will be due and peer evaluations will take place on Monday, November 22^nd. 

Also, I would like you to read your personal novel for fifteen minutes today.

Important Note:  It is absolutely necessary that you go onto Teams each day at the beginning of English class and send me a notification.  This will inform me that you have seen the day’s assignment(s) and I will be able to record your attendance.  I also dedicate this hour to working with your class and answering any questions you may have.

Just a reminder, the school will be open today from 12 to 1 if you would like to drop by to retrieve anything from your locker.
