Monday Nov 15th- Chapter 7 Study guide is due.  Tool and Utensil matching activity is also due today.  These will be graded and handed back on Thursday in preparation for Fridays test. Check the Noon work schedule attached to see what noon hour you are working this week.  We will be selling milkshakes and smoothies at lunch time today. During class you will watch a demonstration on how to make yeast breads.  We will begin selling pizzas on Wednesday this week. Tuesday and Wednesday Nov 16th and 17th- See production schedule attached. Thursday Nov 18th- We will go over any corrections you need to make to your worksheets and review for Fridays test on kitchen tools and utensils. Friday Nov 19th- Test on Tools and Utensils.  You must be able to identify the tool and its proper use when shown specific tools and utensils.
