Food Safety- Sept 15th

Beginning today, we will be discussing food safety and prevention of food borne illness. Homework- Sept 15th- write definitions for vocabulary words from Chapter 6, page 85. You will be expected to apply this food safety knowledge as we begin our work in the kitchen preparing food for yourself and others.
