During the first week of the Culinary Tech 110 course we discussed the content and practical experiences that will take place in the course during the semester.  During the first week of classes we looked at the types of careers available in the industry and what it takes to be successful in the industry.  Homework for Monday, Sept 13th- Read chapter 1 of textbook and complete work sheet (Food Service clues).  On Monday we will be completing the first outcome and chapter 1.  Wednesday, Sept 15th - Test #1.
