Okay folks,the 24th annual Miramichi Hoop Classic basketball tournament starts Thursday November 17 and will end on the 19th

This tournament is co-hosted by Miramichi Valley High School and James M Hill Memorial High School. Games will be held at Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, and a few games at Gretna Green School.  There will be 16 teams attending this tournament. For boys, these are the teams: Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, Charlottetown Rural High School, Amherst Regional,Moncton High, Bernice MacNaughton, Kennebecasis Valley, and John Caldwell, for the girls:  Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, Carleton North, Kennebecasis Valley, Woodstock, Southern Victoria, Saint John High and Leo Hayes.  The finals for the tournament will be held at JMH with the girls final at 2:00 PM and the boys tip off at 4 PM.

You will be able to revive a tournament pass at each door, 10$ for adults and 5$ for seniors and students! 

Also Thursday night there will be a double header at MV where your varsity girl Tommies will take on the Pulamoo at 6:15, and right following our boys will take on their boys varsity team! There will be lots of very strong teams this weekend, so come out and watch a few games.
