Interact is a group of people who want to make a difference in their community by doing things to help others, for example, one of the activities we do in the fall is raking leaves for elderly people living in the community. This October, instead of going out and collecting candy on Halloween night, our interact group will be going house to house collecting nonperishable food items that we will give to the local food bank. Collecting food items will be a good way to give back to the community by helping the less fortunate. So on October 31^st, have your nonperishable donations ready and we will be more than happy to come and collect them! Our next meeting will be held this Friday at lunch, anyone who is interested in joining but missed the last meeting is still welcome to come, the more the better!
