Remembrance Day Ceremony

Posted: October 28, 2016

Just a reminder to all students that November 10th there will be a Remembrance Day ceremony taking place at James M. Hill that is open for all students to attend. Also, on November 11th there will be a Remembrance Day ceremony that is open to the public, starting at about 11am. You will be able to purchase poppies around Miramichi for a donation. On the 10th our school (JMH) will be giving out poppies around the school to the students and staff for a cost of 2$. We will get called down to the auditorium in the morning and stay there until before lunch. There will be veterans who will talk about there times in the war, and most importantly there will be a moment of silence. I hope to see everyone wearing a poppy on their hearts.
