GRADFEES
Grad fees are $60 and are payable in the main office. Fees are to be paid in full by Friday, May 30th. The grad fee covers all expenses for Graduation. Expenses include, but are not limited to graduation gown, v-stole, souvenir cap and tassel, diploma jacket, audio equipment, staging and Ceremony program.
GRADUATION GOWNS
We have entered into an agreement with a Canadian company which will allow graduates to keep their graduation gown along with their V-stole, cap, and tassel at no extra charge. Students will not be required to return their gown following the graduation ceremony.
Please note that ALL outstanding fees (i.e.: student fee, sports fee, grad fee, textbooks, etc.) must be paid prior to receiving your graduation attire.
HAVE YOU ACCEPTED SCHOLARSHIPS?
If you have accepted ANY scholarships from post-secondary institutions, service groups, organizations, etc.; you must provide a copy to Mrs. Russell in the main office or Mrs. Johnston via E-MAIL/TEAMS or in Room 717 by June 6th, so this can be included in the graduation program.
POST SECONDARY APPLICATIONS, SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES
Information regarding scholarships and awards for 2025 will continue to be distributed to all potential graduates by the Guidance Department via Teams and on the JMH website.
Should you require letters of reference, please allow appropriate lead time (approx. 2 weeks) for teachers or administrators to complete.
A letter of thanks to the donors of any scholarship or bursary is always appreciated; and in many cases, requested.
