On Friday, April 16th, our school will be having a Much Music Video Dance. It will be held in the school cafeteria like a regular dance, but instead of simply having a regular DJ, this dance will have a gigantic video screen. Students from all grades are welcome to attend and sign in sheets are available in the office. The Dance will start at 8:30 and end at 11:30. It has been over three years since James M Hill has had a video dance! Previous student councils thought it wouldn’t be such a good idea and probably wouldn’t make much money, but since all of our dances this school year have had such great attendance, our 2009-2010 council decided to put on a Much Music Video Dance.  Since this dance costs about three times as much as a regular one, tickets will be a little more expensive. The cost is seven dollars in advance and eight dollars at the door. There is a song request sheet in the office, so students can right down their favorite tunes and see them on the big screen. There will also be contests and prize give aways. Be sure to grab your tickets as soon as they go on sale!
