Nutrition for Healthy Living 120- Feb 23-25

Wednesday or Thursday- record everything you eat and drink for one full day.  Have it ready for Friday's class. Thursday- Test on first unit of the course- Wellness, Intro to Nutrients and Digestive system. (Review sheet attached) Friday-  Have a record of everything you ate for one day ready to analyze based on Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating.
