Here is the recipe for the Banana Bread:
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
½ cup oil
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ¾ cups flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a bowl, mash bananas.
3. Mix in eggs, oil, milk, vanilla & baking soda.
4. Add sugar and flour and mix well.
5. Oil a loaf pan.
6. Pour batter into loaf pan.
7. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Test with a toothpick or fork, it should come out clean
8. Brush top of bread with margarine or butter, let cool and enjoy!
