Law 120- Students will look at the Ashley Smith Case and answer the question- Were her rights violated? Students will develop a profile of Ashley Smith and look for solutions to the situation. We will watch the fifth estate presenation of the case. Teacher will also talk to students about the search for truth and how media can at times alter the truth. The students will now look at how these factors are present in modern revolutions. Brainstorm the words associated with the speech and work on pronouciation skills. By the end of class students should have an idea for their speech and a list of words associated with the speech. Ancient History:  Students will hand in their Seven wonders of the Ancient world write up- Teacher will do a quick quiz for bonus points. Name a wonder and a fact. Quiz on these wonders will be on Wednesday of this week. Today students will finish up the historical thinking benchmarks- Historical perspectives and Cause and consequence.
