Broadcast Journalism- Period #1- Students are working with Mr. Martin writing class to construct stories through audio software. The audio software will enable them to make effective radio programs, documentaries and create an environment for their video stories. Script should be completed today. I will be looking for evidence of the following: 1.       Pictures 2.       Background with colour. 3.       Text (Font type) 4.       Filters 5.       Symbols that help push the message of the poster. 6.       Colour and Hue changes 7.       Visually appealing 8.       Clone stamping 9.       Layering- at least 7-10 different layers 10.   Evidence of brushes, cut-outs and other tools You will have 4 days to accomplish the task. Due on Wednesday 15th December 2010.   Period #3-#6- Ancient History- Students will examine the works of Aesop and how his fables promote empathy towards man. They will choose a fable and redesign it for a modern audience. They will then explain how this virtue is important in a civilized community.
