Products:  You can save a file at any time to your device, but you require an app to view that file.  To save the file follow the steps listed above once you open this websit on your device.  Go to the app store on your device and download the free Adobe Reader app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.reader&feature=s...).  There may be many others but this app worked well for me.
