Eng 111 - Look over Bradbury's "A Sound of Thunder" once again. Tomorrow we will begin another of his Science-Fiction gems, "There Will Come Soft Rains". Eng 112 - We began our poetry unit yesterday. Today in class we shared creative versions of Haiku and explored the charmingly simple realm of Idyllic poetry with Marlowe's "The Passionate Shepherd to his Love" and Raleigh's "The Nymph's Reply to the Shepherd". We laughed, we cried.
