This week we are going to look at the ancient Egyptian social structure.  Please review the following article and answer the questions below.

1)      In your own words, explain the term “social structure.”

2)      Describe the social structure in Ancient Egypt.

3)      Construct a diagram or pyramid which indicates the various groups in this social structure.

4)      How does the ancient Egyptian social structure compare to our modern day social structure.  List 3 similarities and 3 differences.

5)      Select one of the following and argue that you are vital to the functioning of society.
