Welcome to semester II!  Here's the scoop on today: ENGLISH 121 (can you hear the chorus of angels all singing in unison?) - We reviewed the course outline, what is expected of a reflection (due each Friday), and modeled a little of a sample Article of the Week.  Yours is due tomorrow.  Remember, I am looking for evidence of your thinking as you read.  ENGLISH 9 - Today, we reviewed the course outline and had a say about why we should (but maybe don't) read novels.  We also had a short blurb about your options.  Tomorrow, you'll make your pick, and we'll do a little "frontloading" before we tackle any actual reading.
