English 9 - In class today, we had a GREAT say about the Article of the Week from last night, we conducted a short analysis of what the "typical" person looks like right now (supported by National Geographic, of course), then we worked on completing a Venn diagram to organize our ideas before writing a comparison/contrast piece.  On Thursday, I'll show you how to further organize those notes, then turn them into paragraphs!  Good luck tomorrow with Take Your Kid to Work Day! English 122 - We also discussed last night's AotW, reviewed the Great Chain of Beings, then took a look at where William Blake believes we gather "knowledge", by analyzing a few of his poems.  Keep on trucking with your novel study, right?
