For the past few weeks, members of World Reality Education have been preparing the WRED room for customers. They’ve added shelves, organized the clothing and put up banners. World Reality Education is a non-profit organization run by JMH students that sells clothing to raise money to send Ugandan orphans to school. The WRED room is expected to open very soon. It is located across from the library near the entrance to the science wing. More details will be available at a later date.

On Wednsday October, 31 James M. Hill was suprised that two minions were roaming about the school at lunch time. The minions were handing out rockets to our students and even scared a few of them, also they kept singing about their love for Ba ba ba bananas. Nobody really knows why the minions were at the school handing out treats for everyone, who knows maybe they were on a top secret mission from Gru and decided to stop by for a visit on their way home.

The Teens Against Distracted Driving club at James M. Hill surprised students with a treat on Halloween. The club bought Jolly Rancher suckers the week before and handed them out last period on Halloween day. The suckers accompanied a card that reminded students to always drive safe and to have a happy Halloween. The members of TADD spent many study blocks planning and preparing for this event and it was important for them to let students know they care and that Halloween was a night where you should always make sure you drive safe and carefully.
