English 112~  Hey folks, today we did a little predicting.  After reading 3/4 of the short story "Twins" aloud, I had you shut your books and you wrote the ending.  I was impressed with some of your ideas and how you continued to write in the same form and style as the author, Eric Wright.  For tomorrow complete questions 1 and 2.  Also, your "Your Rich Day" assignments are due tomorrow.   English 113 ~  We began our Short Story unit.  Remember you have a small quiz on the notes you took today.  Also, please finish up the questions for "After Twenty Years" if you didn't get the chance to finish them in class.

English 113 - Hey there, today we completed Terry and had time to work on your Beyond Limits assignment.  I had a chance to read through each of your drafts and have made some suggestions.  Your final copies are due tomorrow.   English 112 - Hey, today we discussed the answers for the short fiction Rich for One Day.  We had a quick lesson on comma splices and ways to correct them.  I have given you your first assignment "Your Rich Day" and time to get your ideas rolling.  Your final copies are due Friday, but try to have your drafts complete for tomorrow as we may have time for some peer editing.
