Broadcast Journalism: Students will review documentaries. Students will also begin the introduction of photo journalism. Have students answer the following questions: Prepare a 2-3 minute presentation to explain the following: (You may work in pairs) What is photojournalism? How is it used in the media today? Reasearch the 3 rules of taking a picture- Rule of thirds/ Leading lines and Framing, use your phones, or cameras to take a picture example of each.
