Monday- Jan 17.  Class will deliver a nutriton snack to all period 2 classes before learning about table setting and receiving job schedules for the week. Tuesday and Wednesday- Jan 18-19  See attached production schedule.  Thursday- Jan 20  Review of Baking skills and table setting (see attached review questions) Friday- Jan 21- Test on baking skills and table setting.
