Please read the article on Henrietta Lacks and write a response to the following two questions.  Your answers should be in complete sentences and, in paragraph form.

1. What rights do we have over the posthumous use of our bodies for medical research?  Should we always give consent, or should our bodies be available to science if they have the chance to contribute to the betterment of society?

2. Why do you think scientists felt they had the right to take cells from Lack's body and use them in research?
