Hi Everyone! We are continuing today with the Letters in BREATHE. We completed B & R in class, so we will tackle the letter E this week. Take a look through the notes (powerpoint) then complete the questions attached below.


At the end of the notes, you will find a link to a YouTube guided meditation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xe54byUqico&t=796s) that I would like you to practice. There is also some reflection questions on the meditation activity for you to keep up with your weekly reflections.
