   We created our wellness goals this morning in class.  If you lost your sheet or were not here to get one I have posted a copy below.  Remember we are starting to track whether we met or did not meet this goal on Monday Oct2nd.  

   Reminder of Quiz on Friday on Wellness.  We will be completing in class review tomorrow, however you should be completing some review and studying on your own.

Science 10

  Reminder to any students who still have not passed in their assignments they were due on Monday.  Everyday they are late you are losing 10% and after 5 days I am no longer accepting the assignment for marks.

  Reminder of Test next week on Chp 9.

Human Physiology 110

   We finished watching the supersize me documentary and students passed in their completed question sheet.  If you were absent for this you do not need to worry about completing this assignment as it was something that was completed in class.  

   Reminder to any students who have not passed in their nutrition label assign it was due on Friday.  Check Thursdays notes if you were absent I posted an example of how to read a food label as well as the assignment.  

   Reminder of Quiz on Wellness on Friday

   The Velocity Word Problems Assignment from Friday was due today.  Anyone who did not pass in their assignment today it will be marked as late and you will be losing 10%/day up until 5 days, then I am not excepting your assignment for marking
