Did you know that according to studies conducted by health Canada as recently as 2007, students who have breakfast regularly have improved memory, problem-solving skills, and creative abilities? And yet, only 42% of students in New Brunswick eat breakfast every day of the week, while 26% eat breakfast only twice a week or less. At our school alone, 44% of students admit to only eating breakfast two, or fewer times per week! In order to start your day off the right way, be sure to stop by the Culinary Tech. Lab any day of the week between 8:00-8:20 for a free, nutritional breakfast.
