Science 9- Students started a new unit today on Ecosystems.   Biology 112- Student are learning about Kingdom Protista in class.  There will be a test next Tuesday on Classification, Bacteria, Viruses (Kingdom Archaeabacteria and Kingdom Eubacteria) and Kingdom Protista.  Students should be reading their notes and textbook every night.

Science 9- Students are to bring in supplies from home to work on a Spacecraft assignment for Wednesday.  They can just bring material from home.  Instructions were given in class   Biology 112- Students have a test tomorrow.  The answers for the review sheet are posted in the document section.

Science 9- Students have started the space unit.  Today they were working on a review crossword that is for homework.  Students should always be reviewing their notes from class.    Biology 112-Students are learning about cell membranes and diffusion.  Homework is to review their notes from class.

Science 9- Student will be having a test on Friday March 4 on the following sections from their science 9 textbook.  5.5, 5.8, 6.1, 6.2, 6.5, 6.6, 6.9   Biology 112-  Students will be have a test on cell parts on Friday March 4.

Science 9-  Students started a Weather project before the break and they are still working on their projects. They are going to present them in the next few days.  Monday we will start a review for the exam.   Environmental Science 123 and 122- The students have started a final environmental project where they are doing an independent reseach on the topic of their choice.

Science 9- The student's are working on a Weather project.  All students have been placed into groups and given a weather related topic.  They have been given computer time this week and they will have some time after the break.    Environmental Science 123 and 122-  They are working on a video investigation regarding climate change.

Science 9-  They wrote a test today on the Ecosystem unit and they will be starting a weather project on Monday.   Environmental Science 123 and 122- They are working on Energy assignments that are due Monday, December 20.

Science 9- Students have a sheet to complete for homework from section 1.11 in the Science 10 textbook.  Test Dec 17th on Ecology section- Chapter 1 in Science 10 textbook.    ES 123 and ES 122-  They started a new section regarding energy and the environment.

Science 9- Students are to be reviewing their notes for a test on December 17, 2010.  They are currently studying ecosystems in Science 10 Chapter 1.   Environmental Science 123 and 122-  Students are finishing with the topic of Global warming and starting the topic of Energy and the Environment.

Science 9 - They were to finish an assignment for pg 28 a-m and they copied some terms from the board that they must complete for Monday.  There is a test planned for Dec 17, 2010.   Environmental 123 and 122- Today was the last day in lab for the Species at Risk assignment.  The project is due Monday.
