If you are not in my first period class but would like me to call you to answer any questions about your English or Mindfulness class, please include your preferred contact number in the email you send me. (I’d love to hear all of your voices)

Mindfulness 120 (Period 5)
HEY!!! It’s so great to touch base with all of you. I hope you have been able to practice some mindfulness over the past couple of weeks, especially when you may have been feeling a bit overwhelmed by this whole situation. I am looking forward to continuing our Mindfulness journey together. Let’s start by getting connected!
Please e-mail me from your preferred e-mail to say “Hi”, you can add a brief message letting me know how you have been spending your time. I really do miss all of your faces! My e-mail is: email@example.com
