December 13th was a snow day
Chemistry 112- Students continued to work on questions and I circulated to review test with students.
Science 9- Powerpoint presentation on the Moon-gave out a review sheet for Space unit- Quiz on Tuesday

Chem 112- We worked on some molar mass calculations and I started to go around and review tests with students
Science 9- We watched Mythbusters- Moon Hoax
Biology 112- Continued to review for test on Plants

Chemistry 112- We continued working on stoichiometry questions. An assignment was passed out to practice these questions.
Science 9-We reviewed questions- Other objects in outerspace- We did one question on determining the best place for a meteorite to hit.

Chemistry 112- Continued with mole conversion examples-Briefly covered Molar mass. Students will be doing questions over the next two days.
Science 9- Students worked on an inclass assignment on "Other objects in the Solar System" For the next two days students will be finishing up their genius hour projects.
Biology 112- Students did a flower lab today. For the next two days students will be doing review sheets on plants.

Chemistry 112- Reviewed significant digits. Started into new section on Stoichiometry-measuring in Chemistry
Science 9- Did a foldable solar system activity. Gave a worksheet-Other Objects in space- students will continue working on it tomorrow.

Chemistry 112- Students reviewed for their test. Test will be on Monday. We will review more tomorrow in class.

Chemistry 112- Students worked on review sheets. Question sheet on polar and nonpolar compounds was reviewed as well.
Science 9- Six more constellations were reviewed. Three planet projects were presented to the class -Mercury, Venus and Earth
Biology 112- Student worked on a mushroom lab to support the Fungus unit

Chemistry 112- Students were in the computer lab today finishing a project on the allotropes of Carbon. They were given a review sheet on Chapter 7 and they will be given a review on chapter 8 tomorrow.
Science 9- Students reviewed constellation projects and worked on an inclass assignment.
Biology 112- Students were given notes on Fungus and we discussed what they need for their lab on yeast fermentation.

Chem 112- Topic of intermolecular forces was discussed and a question sheet was given to the class on polar and nonpolar molecules. Today students completed a school survey and started a computer project on Allotropes of Carbon.
Science 9- Over the past two days, students have been working on their space projects and genius hour projects
Biology 112- Yesterday we review protist and did a mini quiz which was corrected in class. We will be starting the unit on Fungi.
