Good morning everyone,  I have added this weeks activity.  It is called the Evolution of Fitness Trends.  It is a PowerPoint so you can add what you have found.  Have fun with this and take a look at the changes over the years as it relates to fitness.

Hey crew!

I hope you had a good weekend!  Although we are not together, I would still love to see all of you complete your Senior Memory Book by the end of semester. This is a wonderful keepsake for you to have and look back on.  If you have already started it, awesome.  If not, here is your chance.  Right now, there are two ways for you to do this activity.  You can do it in a binder/book (as originally noted at the start of the semester) if you have the materials OR for now you can do a digital book and then print it out at a later time.  I will attach the outline for the book so that you have it.  Have fun making this, it's all about you!

Hey everyone!

The snow is melting!!  This week I want you to continue with the outdoor spring activity that I gave you last week. Over the next few weeks we are going to see a lot of changes outside.  Be sure to make notes of changes.

Hi everyone!

Hope you had a great weekend. For this week, I would like for you to continue with your Dimensions of Wellness activities that you started last week.  Please try to do activities that touch on as many different dimensions as possible, so that you are working on overall wellness.

Hi everyone!  Welcome back and I hope you have a great week ahead.  I have attached the Dimensions of Wellness and an activity sheet that I would like for you to work on this week, and as an ongoing activity throughout the next couple of months.  At the end of each week, I would like for you to email me your activity sheet and/or post on our team page so I can see what you have been doing.

Hey everyone!  Welcome back and I hope you have a great week ahead.  Last week I had asked you to get outside and start to look around at the changes that are beginning to take place.  I have attached an ongoing activity sheet that will be an add-on to this activity.  Please keep a running record of this as we will be discussing it in our team or via email.

Hey guys,

I made a mistake on the code.  Please try this one for the Outdoor Ed team.  Sorry about that!

Just a quick clarification, PE 120 is also known as Leadership.  Just in case some of you were wondering what was going on for the Leadership class.
