The girl’s Tommie soccer team competed in the PEI Wall of Fame Cup Tournament this weekend in Charlottetown, PEI. The girls played the top AAA teams in PEI and overall had a very good weekend, they progressively got better each game. On Friday they played Colonel Gray and Three Oaks both with ending results of 3-0 for the other teams and on Saturday they played Bluefield and lost 2-0.
The Tommie’s boys Football team will be back in action again tomorrow, Saturday, October 15th at 3:30 pm. The Game will be held at Miramichi Valley High School against Rothesay.
Saturday, October 15th, 2016, the James M. Hill Auto Club is heading down to the Miramichi Dragway Park to do mainly Time Trials. They will be taking their 1996 Chevrolet Caprice and their 1986 Trans-Am Firebird. The James M. Hill Drag Cars are well rewarded drag cars as well as well respected. This is the first time there has been a fall race. Also, there will be the Battle of the Corporations event going on at the Dragway.
