Today the class learned how to use the Food Focus software program to analyze their food intake.  Everyone should have one day entered and saved into the program.  Tomorrow we will deliver the nutrition snack to period 2 classes.  Wednesday, we will finish entering the foods you ate and print the data from the software. This data will be used to complete your diet analysis and determine which nutrients you have a healthy intake of, which ones you have a deficiency of and those you may have a toxin intake of.
