Today in class we:
- reviewed food intake based on Canada's food guide.
- analyzed food intake for a 16 year old girl based on the food guide
- learned what DRI and BMI stands for
- learned to calculate BMI ( weight in Kg/ height in meters(squared))
Tomorrow- have your weight calculated in Kg and your height calculated in meters.
