Eng 112 - Your chapters 1-7 test is on Monday. Please ensure all packet work / questions are done by this time. Eng 111 - Read book 18 of The Iliad and set up a double entry journal to notate as you read. One side of the journal will be a quote directly from the book (copied in its entirety) and on the other side, you will formulate a personal resopnse, form a connection, or apply knowledge to this quote. Your responses must have obvious thought and consideration behind them without just "going through the motions". Your focus can be on the Rage of Achilles now that he has been reintroduced to the plot, but don't overlook anything of interest along the way in your reading. (ie. "This quote from Odysseus makes me feel for the Achaean King because it reminds me of the time when...") Lame example, yes. I know. Do better.
